Anti Spier Webcam Cover Slide

A sliding cover for visual camera privacy

The Anti Spier webcam cover provides a physical barrier over a compatible camera lens when closed. Slide it open for video calls and close it when you are finished, making camera coverage part of your everyday routine.

Choose your pack

Available options include a 3-pack, 6-pack, 8-pack, and a mixed-size 9-pack. Check your selected option and device fit before ordering.

Best value: the mixed-size 9-pack includes three small, three medium, and three large covers, ideal for covering several compatible devices.

Check fit before installation

• Confirm that the cover fits the camera area and fully covers the lens when closed.
• Keep nearby microphones, indicator lights, and other sensors unobstructed.
• Device compatibility depends on camera placement, available surface space, and clearance. Do not assume it fits every laptop, tablet, or phone.
• For laptops, follow the device manufacturer's guidance on camera covers and lid clearance. Remove the cover before closing the lid if required; never force the lid shut or allow the cover to put pressure on the display.

Simple operation

Follow the supplied attachment instructions and check that the slider moves correctly. Open it before using the camera and check the camera preview for obstruction.

Understand the limits

When correctly positioned and fully closed, the cover blocks that camera lens. It does not prevent hacking, disable the camera electronically, block other cameras, or stop microphone recording. Continue using device updates, strong passwords, and camera and microphone permissions.
